Proxiteam Game of the Week Episode 5

My pleas for more games have not fallen on deaf ears: I received quite a number of replays following the last cast. There were a couple standouts, but we wrap up the week-that-brought-patch1.1 with a pre-patch Terran vs Zerg game featuring prOxi.FighT. Metalopolis is the scene again this week, and I think we all owe FighT an "about stinking time" for getting over his Lost Temple addiction. Regardless, he's provided us with a nice game, which you can check out below.



I've made some pretty major production changes for this video, so please report any problems you have. As always, feedback for anything related to the commentary is greatly appreciated, as well. And please, pteam members, don't forget to send me your replays. Especially you non-Terrans!

The video quality is a little lower now (my Camtasia trial ran out and I've had to switch over to FRAPS, which records in numerous segments which I compile into one .avi with VirtualDub and then encode to .flv.) It's probably going to take a little tweaking to streamline that process, and it's probably going to end up meaning larger file sizes (though that shouldn't be a problem for most of you) unless I can find a codec that encodes more efficiently.

Nape, I've had serious troubles getting the one video up this time (it took three tries to get it to work), so I'll upload your version when I go to bed and I'll link it tomorrow. The vid embedded is ~400 MB; the one I made for you is only 160 MB, so I'm interested to see if that's going to be sufficient for you to tell if it's a tvz or orcs v protoss. ;p

And don't you newbies think that just because I eked out one more vid you can stop sending replays, either!

Although I love admiring my own briliance I want to see some other proxi members in the proxiteam game of the week! Get inspired!

Just a quick heads up: RL kept me from doing the recording until almost 2am this morning and I fell asleep before the video processing was done, so it may be another 24 hours or more before I get the video up.
