The second installment of prOxiteam's Game of the Week has been released! For the second time in as many weeks, Fight is the subject and yet again he has the bad taste to send in a game on Lost Temple. I understand that 1998 was a great year, but I think it's time we leave it be. Regardless, Fight commands the stalwart Terran forces against a Protoss foe in this episode, which you can check out below.

Thanks to all for the feedback on the previous episode. Please don't hesitate to make comments and suggestions to help with improving this segment and don't forget to send in your awesome replays!

I'm not a Protoss player and I still know that his decision making was bad.

GJ Fight punishing him ;).

hahaha, it was the only interesting rep I could find, wasn't really thinking about what map it was on :D.
Very nice cast again maar, I love your experience, knowledge, insight and comedic attitude towards the game. Oh and also, your accent is so awesome XD.

Keep up the good work buddy!

I will try to send in some better quality replays this week... All my games on ladder are either major smashings on my behalf, or major smashings on behalf of my opponent :(

Clearly Dwain won, as he would never be anywhere nearly as happy if he played a good game and lost it; it just simply wouldn't have been a good game.

Actually I do have a really awesome game against Nirvana which I lost from quite awhile ago except I'm not sure if we want to make a game of the week episode out of a game where a proxiteam member loses lol ^_^

I reckon its got something to do with it being encoded in some Quicktime format (ergh). If you go to the page on blip.tv you can't even play it without that cancerous Apple software. What I do is grab the URL from the flash BBcode used (quote his post to see it) and paste that into its own tab. That kinda gets you a larger view.

Yeah that's Camtasia's encoding and it's extremely gay. I can't get VirtualDub to even open any of the edited files and Camtasia wants to be a bitch whenever I try to encode in anything else or just generally do anything else with it. It's probably a good program for what it's designed to do, but I can't make heads or tails of it. Blip tries to convert it, but it can't seem to make a go of it either.

Oh well, my trial for it ends in about 2 weeks so I guess I need to figure out what to use instead. I've used GunCam for some Diablo 2 vids and a long time ago for some SC1 commentaries, but I have no clue how it would handle SC2. Any suggestions are welcome - I don't mind paying a reasonable amount but Camtasia, at like $300 for the full version, can suck my floppy noodle.

People who are not indicated to suck my noodle (unless they really want, I'm a cooperative person) are you guys. Big <3 for the <3.

Also, Dwain, I love TvT in this game so I'm looking forward to checking that one out. I'm probably just going to do that one blind as the next game of the week unless I get a bunch more submissions before Friday (I'd like to do them earlier, but work...nomsain T_T).

Yo maareek,

Camtasia... whilst expensive... can be... 'acquired'... through other 'ways'.

Have you looked at FRAPS? I've never used it for video capture (I use it for the FPS counter), but its FAQ says you can use its output with VirtualDub.
