Who wants a Proxiteam T-Shirt?

I have contacted the artist, and I am hoping she is willing to let us use the panda. I have told her she will get full credit to the proxiteam panda logo if she allows us to use it. Now we just wait for her reply.

Edit: I posted this without seeing your last reply Echoes. Yeah, I see it's free to download. I just want to check with her first that it is OK to use it as a logo for our team, which is entirely different to just downloading it.

A panda t-shirt? seriously?

when I said we should get a logo I was thinking of pro team logos like liquid, fou, ogs, and slayers. before you get too carried away take a look at those.

Umm teamliquid has a horse, ogs has a and all the korean teams have really nerdy logos imo. I prefer minimalist design, but then again I am not very talented with photoshop, might try and draw one up at work tomorrow and take a photo, see how I go.

Having an animal as a mascot is a very very old tradition. Waesnok's apparent shame for it seems weird. Chicago Bulls? (NBA) Brisbane Lions? (AFL) Baltimore Ravens? (NFL)

Pandas are kind of bitchy though, they are big lazy fuckers, who arent even bear enough to eat meat.... Badgers on the other hand, the maaafuckazzzz eat snakes (buff adders mind you) and shit molten magma. More importantly badgers have a neosteel skeleton and have the raging fury of a thousand suns. The liquid logo does have what looks like a horse but it is my interpretation that this is a knight, a chess piece. chess is a western strategy game. looking at the other major symbol theres a shield. shields were used on european crests. it seems to me that their logo was to communicate that they are western players taking western strategy to a somewhat foreign dominated game (korea). i think its very highly unlikely that the horse is there as a mascot, like something you would see in a football or basket ball game rallying the crowd. its a symbol with meaning. these kinds of things are the things that we should think about when making a logo, not "oh badgers are badass, lets be the badgers".

looking at the other logos, theyre actually really not that interesting. the ogs logo looks like something i could make in photoshop in about 30minutes. the slayers logo is no better. the fou logo has a shield on it which i guess could be considered a symbol but i have no idea what it was supposed to mean. theyre fairly simple though, and i think simple is better than something really complicated like a deviant art image or a desktop background. something simple with meaning is what i think the logo should be.

making a logo like that is somewhat difficult though since proxi really doesnt mean anything and there doesnt seem to be anything really obvious at this time that unifies us or explains us. so im thinking that the logo may end up being something relatively uninteresting like the proteam logos but at least something thats easily recognizable and unique.

We should have a factory as the logo. This is for all the times NapE has proxi'd a factory and lifted it into an unsuspecting opponents main. <3 NapE

The prOxi Pylons! How have noone mentioned this yet? If we are to have a mascot it should definitely be the stoic pylon: bringer of cheese.

Just artfully put the pylon in there with the O (like how it was done with the panda) and bam! prOxiteam logo. Hell, it even has a ring around it already which could totally go for an O.

yep! il be up for it. give me a medium. i think the american guys should keep in mind that australian sizes are a little smaller than american sizes.. or at least that has been my experience.
