Seems like a weird fix seeing as it is uncapping your network bandwidth. I'm not going to do it because i'm not having any issues with sc2 except on some random horribly balanced maps (jungle basin). But for people who have been having problems should defs check it out

I made this tweak to my registry and it did seem to help a bit with starjeweled. It wasn't a silver bullet, but things seem to have improved. But then again, my problem only seemed to be with NapE

I might also add, that this fix doesn't actually increase your FPS. It has an effect similar to increasing your FPS, but really your FPS was never the problem. This fixes an odd lag issue where your network would be throttled to allow the CPU to do non-network things when CPU starts to bottleneck (indicating you can also fix this by upgrading your CPU). The throttling would cause your network traffic to transmit in extreme ebbes and flows, resulting in a jittering analogous to low FPS.

I know this because while I was suffering the issue, I enabled the FPS meter and it showed a clean 90+ the entire game even though it looked jittery.

Yeah, this doesn't really increase fps. Thanks for clearing that up since the title is kinda (alot) misleading. It could help a lot of you with some jittery bullshit that happens sometimes in big games or during replays.
