WE ARE DOING THIS SWISS TOURNAMENT STYLE TO GIVE ALL PLAYERS A BETTER CHANCE OF WINNING(read below to see the complete details.)
This time I will be there to organize the tournament and keep it all nice and spiffy and runnin smooth. I had made an error with the time conversion. The people that were affected by it mostly were the Australian people. Here is the RIGHT TIME that the tournament will take place.

"The Tournament of Champions Part II" will be held on....

#SATURDAY FEBRUARY 5TH, 7pm PST (10pm EST)
#2pm SYDNEY TIME
(Note that in Sydney it will be February 6th already, not the 5th)

Without further ado, here are your brackets:

Once again, the seeds were randomized. I am logging the progress of people throughout the tournaments though to be able to give people proper seeding in future tournaments. I went ahead and posted up a rough summary of how the Swiss tournament works. If you guys have any questions regarding how it works please let me know. I believe the Swiss tournament will give everyone a proper playing field and rewards players based on their PERFORMANCE in their tournament rather than their skill. I hope you guys agree.

IF YOU GUYS HAVE ANY QUESTIONS ABOUT THIS MESSAGE ME ON BATTLE.NET OR POST IT INTO THE COMMENTS. <3333

Points:
Spoiler
Here is how the point system will be distributed:
Winner of a Match: 0.5 points.
Winner of a Set: 1.0 points.

Example: Nape and Jarc play a set(a best-of-3). Nape wins 2-1, so that means nape is awarded 1.5 points(0.5 + 1.0) and Jarc is awarded 0.5 points, because he won 1 match.

Map Pool:
Spoiler
1)Metalopolis
2)Steppes of War
3)Xel'Naga Caverns
4)Delta Quadrant
5)Shakuras Plateau
6)Lost Temple
7)Scrap Station

Same setup as last tournament. Players choose the maps by process of elimination.

Swiss Tournaments
Swiss-system tournaments give equal play time to participants, pair players with others of similar skill level, and determine a winner in as few rounds as possible. They're essentially smarter, abbreviated round robins.

First Round
Top seeds are paired against bottom seeds. Random seeding should be used if no ranks exist. For 8 players, the pairs would be 1v5, 2v6, 3v7, and 4v8.
Points

Match wins are awarded 1 point, ties 1/2 a point, and byes 1 point (or as configured). For multiset/game matches, you may opt to award points for set/game wins as well - this gives match losers a chance at "partial credit."

Additional Rounds
After each round, players are grouped by score. The top and bottom half of each group is then paired (same method as the first round), but steps are taken to ensure there are no rematches. Players float up or down between groups if necessary. When there's an odd number of players, a bye is awarded to the lowest ranked player who has not yet received one.

The minimum number of rounds to determine a winner is equal to the binary logarithm of the number of players rounded up (3 rounds for 8 players, 4 for 16, 5 for 32, and so on). On Challonge, you can opt to play more rounds than the minimum for more definitive results.
Final Results
Players are ranked by score at the conclusion of the tournament, with ties broken using the Median-Buchholz system.

Wouldn't nape get 2.0 points? Because he won 2 matches and 1 set (0.5 + 0.5 + 1.0).
